CINEDIGM DIGITAL CINEMA: Rob Springer has joined as SVP & Product Manager, Theatrical Distribution Systems.

CBC NEWS: Fiona Conway has been hired as Executive Director, Programming for CBC News and Centres.  She had previously been with ABC News.

KEO FILMS: Colleen Flynn has joined as Head, Development.  She previously was at Twenty Twenty as Head, Factual and Entertainment Development.

DISCOVERY NETWORKS WESTERN EUROPE: Yitz Shmulewitz has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.  He previously was Chief Financial Officer there. Nicolas Bonard has been promoted to General Manager for France and Discovery Enterprises International.  He was previously Senior VP of Discovery Enterprises International.

ZDF: Susanne Mueller has become Head, Feature Film.  She previously was Head, Co-Production and Program Development.

SHOWTIME: Susan Frank and Emily Gould have been promoted to Co-Vice Presidents, Program Marketing and Advertising.  They each previously held the title of Senior Director, Program Marketing and Advertising.

SAY MEDIA: Kim Kelleher will become President on September 1.  She leaves her current position as Publisher, Time Magazine at Time Inc. at the end of July.  She will remain affiliated with the company as an Advisor to the CEO.

FILM L.A.: Todd Lingren is leaving after five years with the company as Vice President, Public Affairs.  He will become the new director of Pepperdine University’s program in Lausanne, Switzerland.

FREEWHEEL: Blake Krikorian has joined the Board of Directors.  He previously was founder and CEO of Sling Media and was on the board of Amazon.

UNIVERSAL MCCANN: Eileen Kiernan has joined as Global Chief Marketing Officer.  She previously was with MediaVest as EVP, Human Experience.

BBC WORLDWIDE CHANNELS: Gareth Williams has been promoted to VP, Programming for Latin America and U.S. Hispanic.  He previously was SVP, Content and Production, South America for BBC Worldwide.

CHELLOMEDIA: Niall Curran has been promoted to President.  He previously was COO at the company.

CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT: Joseph Robinson has been named Executive Vice President, Strategic Development.  He had been a managing partner at Halo Venture Partners.

PBS: Chris Contakes has been hired as Vice President, Information Technology.  He previously was CTO at Atlantic Media Company.

THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER: Victoria Gold has been promoted to Vice President, Entertainment.  She had been Executive Director, Film there. Beth Deutschman has been promoted to Vice President, Television and Media.  She had been Executive Director, Television.

NFB: In mid-September, Cindy Witten is stepping down from her position as Director General of the NFB’s English program.  She has been with the company for four and a half years.

REALNETWORKS: Robert Glaser has been named interim Chief Executive.

LIPSYNC: Ben Shepherd joins as Head of 3D & Visual Effects.
