British Film Commission: Tara Hallorann has joined as Senior Executive, Industry Relations.

News Corp.: David Hill has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President.

Consumer Electronic Association: Jeffrey Joseph joins as Senior Vice President of Communications & Strategic Relationships.

Zodiak Media: Laurent Boissel has been promoted to Chief Financial and Operating Officer. He previously was Chief Financial Officer there. Roisin Thomas has been promoted to Chief of Staff.  Previously he was VP, Corporate Development. Jana Bakunina has been promoted Vice President, Corporate Finance.  He previously was VP, Corporate Development.

The Associated Press: Nekesa Mumbi Moody has been promoted to Global Entertainment and Lifestyle Editor. She had been music editor there.

Burson-Marsteller: Donald A. Baer has been promoted to Global Chief Executive Officer.  He’s been with the firm for four years as Vice Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer.

Microsoft: Mark Penn has joined as Corporate Vice President, Strategic and Special Projects.  He previously was Global CEO at Burson-Marsteller.

Soho Square Studios: Paul Willey has joined as Manager, Business Development and Co-Production.  He previously was with Prime Focus Commercials.

NewsRight: David Westin is no longer Chief Executive Officer and will take on an advisory role. He had been with the company since 2011.

Ogilvy Public Relations: Kevin Slagle has joined as Senior Vice President.  He was previously at Capitol Public Affairs as Principal and Partner.

Skype: Elisa Steele has joined as Chief Marketing Officer, and she will become a corporate Vice President at Microsoft.  She previously was Head, Marketing at Yahoo.

UK Screen Association: Sarah Mackey has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. She previously had been Acting CEO and before that was with BBC Studios and Post-Production as Director, Strategy.

Sky Living: Jane Johnson is leaving her position as Director. She intends to start her own consultancy. Antonia Hurford-Jones has been named Acting Director.  She has been the company’s Commissioning Editor for Entertainment since her arrival there nine months ago.

Jigsaw Productions: Stacey Offman has joined as Vice President of Development & Production.  She previously was at Warrior Poets as Morgan Spurlock’s producing partner. Dave Snyder has joined as Vice President of Development. He was an executive producer on MTV’s World of Jenks and has been a showrunner for TLC and Discovery Channel programs.

Can’t Stop Media: Andreas Boenisch has been made a Partner.  He previously was Vice President, Sales at Zodiak Media.

BlueFin Labs: JP Maheu has joined as the new Chief Executive Officer.  He previously has been with Razorfish, Ogilvy & Mather, and Publicis. Co-Founder Deb Roy is stepping down from his position as Chief Executive Officer.  He will remain Chairman.

Scripps Networks Interactive: Jonathan Sichel has been promoted to Managing Director.  He’s been with the company since it acquired The Travel Channel in 2009. Nick Thorogood has joined as Senior Vice President, Content and Marketing for the U.K. and EMEA.  He previously was Managing Director of Food Network EMEA.
