On Monday, it emerged that Jennifer Lawrence has become attached to star in romantic drama “Ends of the Earth.” Variety reported the movie is based on the lives of Ernest and Lydie Marland and the controversial love affair between an oil baron and his adopted daughter. Separately, The Hollywood Reporter said the actress is negotiating a $10M deal for “The Hunger Games” sequel “Catching Fire.”

Sources said the figure is a combination of salary, bonuses and escalators. Depending on the box-office performance of the film, she could earn much more.  She was paid $500,000 upfront for the first film, plus bonuses.

Lawrence’s co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth also are said to have renegotiated their contracts, but with far smaller raises.

Meanwhile, Target is selling a host of “Hunger Games” merchandise, including a solid gold Mockingjay pin for $999.
