Michael Lambert, Sam Englebardt and William D Johnson’s Demarest Films has boarded “Paranoia,” a thriller starring Liam Hemsworth. The new company will co-finance and co-produce the Reliance/IM Global project. Robert Luketic is directing. In related news, “Lost” alum Josh Holloway, has joined the cast.

Beijing’s E Stars Entertainment is also co-financing “Paranoia.” Production starts today on the corporate espionage tale that lso stars Gary Oldman, Harrison Ford, Lucas Till, Amber Heard, Embeth Davidtz, Julian McMahon and Richard Dreyfuss.
