Sources say she hasn’t been asked back, while reality star’s camp touts Fox’s assertion that nothing has been decided
It’s a matter of they said/they said: The New York Post says “The X Factor” won’t be keeping up with Khloe Kardashian anymore. “The towering reality star has not been asked to return as co-host of the high-profile Fox singing competition,” per sources. But the reality star’s team agrees with Fox’s assertion that nothing has been decided. In either case, it seems to bode well for co-host Mario Lopez.
“Should the claims pan out, however, and leave Lopez as the sole host for ‘X Factor’s’ third cycle, it would underscore the skein’s rep as a revolving door for big name talent,” Variety observes.
